Senwes is seeking the services of an Industrial Engineer within the IT department who will be responsible for establishing the necessary standards for the definition and documentation of business and systems processes. Develop and draft solutions by identifying, documenting, and optimizing processes. Ensure alignment of business processes with system processes and ensure that requirements are technically fit for purpose and in line with the overall Senwes strategy.
What you'll need:
* 3 - 5 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in industrial engineering or IT project management.
* A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
What you'll be doing:
Process re-engineering
* Continuously improve and maintain best practices for documenting business- and system architecture.
* Identify, document, and optimize processes within the Senwes Group by ensuring alignment between people, processes, and technology.
* Investigate comprehensive cross-functional and cross-business area opportunities within the group.
* Research and review up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern.
* Manage the impact of resulting business change due to process re-engineering efforts and ensure proper adoption of new processes and systems.
* Promote and implement applications and technology throughout the group to optimize operations by improving efficiency, quality and timeliness.
Requirement Analysis
* Continuously improve and maintain best practices for requirements elicitation and documentation.
* Assist and validate the creation of Business Value Proposition documents.
* Elicit, validate, and document business requirements.
* Participate in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and upkeep of systems as a liaison between end users and the information technology teams to ensure optimal operational performance.
* Develop innovative fit-for-purpose business requirements for projects in line with the overall group strategy.
* Presenting ideas and findings in meetings.
* Determine the viability of new and improved systems, as well as their specifications.
* Ensure that the system designs meet the requirements of users.
* Perform research and analysis workshops with business partners to
Project Management
* Continuously improve and maintain best practices for Senwes project management.
* Ensure all projects adhere to Senwes PMO policy standards and procedures.
* Ensure project are delivered on time, on budget and within scope and evaluate project performance
* Manage projects, including providing milestone deliverables, project plans, and any project-related assistance to the team.
* Participate in resource planning and ensure that all projects are properly resourced.
* Monitor project progress and deadlines and follow the required procedure for changes with regards to time, budget and scope.
