Agrinet is seeking to employ an experienced and competent Support Centre Consultant.

Minimum Requirements:
*Grade 12.
*2-3 years' telesales or customer support experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment.
*Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) with the ability to communicate on all levels.
*Computer literate (Knowledge of Embrace will be advantageous).


Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include but is not limited to the following:
*Generate sales, maintain Agrinet's current client base and assist Customers in a friendly and professional manner.
*Provide telephone support which includes answering phone calls, handling customer queries and ensure that the query is resolved by liaising with relevant departments.
*Responsible for the telesales regarding general hardware products which includes giving feedback to internal and external clients; and drawing up quotations on the system (Embrace).
*Follow up on quotations on a daily basis.
*Tasks also includes the handling of SADC certification, BV inspections, buy-outs, export claims and dealing with transport companies.
*Handling own administration and documentation.
