* Grade 12
* 3+ years admin, receiving and cash control experience
* 3+ years related experience in retail environment and employee management
* Computer literacy and experience in SAP; POS; ARCH; Fuel recon system and Microsoft Office Programs
* Strong time management and reporting skills
* Planning and organizational skills
* Valid driver's license
* Willing to travel extensively between various branches and stay over when required
* The ability to transfer skills and knowledge


To control and support admin processes of branches to ensure cost effectiveness
* Relieving of personnel in various positions
* Internal Process Control audits
* Compiling statements for Head Office
* Ensuring Admin Controls are put in place and maintained
* Internal Process Control audits
* Analyzing data
* Resolving problems on the spot
* Generating reports
* Follow-up on processes & controls
* Implement corrective measures where applicable
* Stock take
