* Grade 12 with preferably Accountancy.
* Appropriate administrative experience which includes SARS experience.
* Knowledge of VIP Payroll will serve as a recommendation.
* Computer literacy (Word and Excel).
* Good communication and inter-personal skills, work ethics and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, function independently and must be creative.
* High productivity and efficiency levels.
* Figure scrupulousness.


* Capturing of documentation on VIP system.
* Responsible for all third party payments.
* Payment requests.
* Control functions.
* Dispatching of reports, UI19 and pay sheets.
* General payroll administration.
