As the Marketing Specialist, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives to promote agricultural products, establish brand presence, and support the industry's growth through effective communication and promotional strategies.
What you'll need:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, agriculture, or related field.
- Additional certifications in Agricultural Marketing or relevant areas are a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the agriculture or agribusiness sector.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Familiarity with agricultural trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
- Proficiency in German and English, in both written and verbal forms.
- Preference will be given to someone with experience working in or with the German market, demonstrating an understanding of German agricultural environment.

- Strong understanding of agricultural products and the agribusiness supply chain.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify agricultural trends, emerging markets, and potential growth areas.
- Analyse competitor strategies, pricing models, and market positioning to inform the development of effective marketing campaigns.
* Campaign development:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall business objectives and target key customer segments.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and impactful campaign materials, including advertisements, brochures, and online content.
* Content creation:
- Create compelling and informative content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and press releases.
- Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates the unique value propositions of agricultural products.
* Manage brand identity.
* Stakeholder engagement.
* Implement digital marketing strategies.
* Event coordination.
