WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

* Applicable B-degree in Human Resources or Business Administration will be an advantage.
* 3 Years relevant HR experience.
* Good knowledge of labour legislation, HR related technical knowledge, policies and procedures.
* Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems (e.g. VIP) will be a plus.
* A dynamic person with good negotiation and communication skills, good interpersonal relationships and
the desire to work in a team with a resullts-driven approach.
* Additional HR training wil be an advantage.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

* Assist with Workforce Planning.
* Assist with the Employee Life Cycle.
* Assist with Employee Relations.
* Assist with Performance Management.
* HR Transactional Services
