WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

* Grade 12.
* Relevant facility management training.
* 4 - 6 years relevant experience (preference will be given to applicants with relevant experience in a property environment).
* Basic Caddie knowledge.
* Proficient in MS Office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

* Administrate and process the dispossession of redundant fixed assets.
* Process lease and sub-lease contracts and documentation.
* Coordinate and process the administration of property maintenance.
* Provide administrative support to the Properties Section.
* Supervision of Employees.
