Senwes is seeking the services of a dynamic CSI Project Coordinator who will be responsible for the planning, executing, and monitoring various community-focused initiatives, aligning them with the group’s CSI goals.
What you'll need:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
* Previous involvement in agricultural or rural community development projects is highly desirable.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Development studies, Marketing, Business Administration, or Agriculture. A post-graduate degree would be beneficial.
What you'll be doing:
Project Planning and Execution:
* Develop detailed project plans for the Senwes Spinners Cricket Program, ECD programs, and School Feeding Programmes.
* Create comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, tasks, resources, and responsibilities.
* Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are executed according to the plan. Address any roadblocks or challenges that arise and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
* Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project progress, milestones achieved, challenges faced, and compliance status.
Budget Management:
* Monitor project expenses throughout its lifecycle, ensuring expenditures align with the approved budget.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Identify and categorise stakeholders, including local communities, government bodies, NGOs, suppliers, and more.
* Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and engagement strategies.
* Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and achievements to stakeholders. Seek their input, and maintain open lines of communication to foster a sense of
ownership and collaboration.
Awareness and Communication:
* Create comprehensive communication plans to raise awareness about CSI projects among internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop compelling content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and videos, to showcase project impact and achievements.
Project Team Management:
* Select and on-board team members and volunteers with diverse skills and expertise relevant to each project.
* Lead and guide project teams by setting clear objectives, facilitating effective communication, and providing necessary resources and support.
* Regularly assess the performance of team members, provide constructive feedback, and address any challenges or conflicts that arise.
