WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

* Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
* At least 2 years appropriate administrative experience
* Drivers licence
* Relevant tertiary diploma or certificate
* Knowledge of cash balancing as well as petty cash
* Good understanding of basic retail concepts
* Computer literacy

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

* Supervision of the cash office
* Daily banking of cash office reconciliations
* Direct payments to suppliers
* Manage leave and overtime applications of staff
* Assisting with GRV's
* Handling of client queries and claims
* Compile monthly statements for Head Office
* Managing Debtors and Creditors
* Ordering of stock
* General administrative duties
