WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years administrative / receiving / management experience
- Accounting Experience
- Computer literacy (Ms Office Packages)
- Planning and organisational skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of cash balancing as well as petty cash

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Supervision of the cash office
- Daily banking of cash office recons
- Direct payments to suppliers
- Manage leave and overtime applications of staff
- Assisting with GRV's
- Handling of client queries and claims
- Compile monthly statements for Head Office
- Managing Debtors and Creditors
- Ordering of stock & stock control
- General administrative duties
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Handle telephonic inquiries, debtors and creditors
- Handling petty cash
- Handling cash, bank functions occasionally
