* Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
* 2-5 years administrative / receiving experience.
* Accounting Experience.
* Computer literacy (Ms Office Packages)
* Planning and organisational skills.
* Interpersonal communication skills.
* Knowledge of cash balancing as well as petty cash.


* Manage receiving of parts, distribution of stock and transactions on equip system.
* Responsible for the all administration involved with goods received.
* Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
* Handle telephonic inquiries, debtors and creditors.
* Handling petty cash.
* Handling cash, bank functions occasionally.
* Stock control.
* General administrative duties.
